Michael and David Valvasori are the owners of Valvasori Properties and have been working together for over 30 years. Born, raised, and still living locally, their specialty is creating well constructed buildings utilizing top of the line finishes. They are passionate about their work and known for their keen attention to detail and hands-on involvement. 257 Millen Road Condominimums is the next project to add to our growing portfolio.

In 2015 the City of Hamilton awarded Valvasori Properties with 'Best Adaptive Reuse' of a building at the Urban Design and Architecture Awards for their adaptive reuse of Dundas District School, now “Dundas District Lofts”. On March 4, 2013, Valvasori Properties was awarded the 2012 Hamilton Municipal Heritage Committee Heritage Property Developer Recognition Award, “For demonstrating adaptive reuse of various heritage properties within the City of Hamilton.
